Discovery
This is where we get to know each other. Think of it like a first date that goes really, really well.
Initial discovery call. We’ll meet to talk through your goals.
Proposal meeting. We’ll review the details from our call and create a proposed solution with budgets and timelines.
Contract (SOW). Once the proposal is approved, we’ll get a statement of work in place.

Planning
This is how we set ourselves (and you) up for success. We’ll get a solid plan in place so we can hit the ground running.
4. Project set-up. We’ll use a project management system to show all tasks that need to be completed with timelines and responsibilities.
5. Kick-off. We’ll have a meeting with both teams to review the project management system and officially kick off the start of the project.

Each of our internal teams (Productions, Experience, and Communications) will have different approaches here, but this is the fun part where you’ll start to see the magic happen!

Hand-off
If it’s a one-time project, this is where you’ll get the final product. It’s like a bittersweet goodbye, but hopefully it’s more like a “see ya later.”
