Process & Workflow

We partnered with Sunco Construction to create a compelling testimonial that positioned them as more than a builder, but a trusted community partner shaping the future of education. Through intentional interview strategy and thoughtful storytelling, we highlighted both the tangible impact of the new facilities and the deeper value Sunco brings to the community.

Our team executed a highly efficient production schedule, capturing all key footage within a tight early-morning window to accommodate school operations. The inclusion of dynamic movement shots elevated the final video, showcasing the scale and quality of the renovated spaces in a visually engaging way. The final piece successfully blended narrative and visuals to reinforce Sunco’s brand message while demonstrating real-world impact.

Strategy & Pre-Production

  • Collaborated with Sunco to define the core message: positioning them as a strategic partner and community pillar, not just a contractor.

  • Developed interview talking points centered around:

  • Community impact

  • Long-term investment in students

  • Alignment with Sunco’s tagline: “Building a Better Tomorrow”

  • Planned logistics around a tight school schedule, requiring a precise and efficient production window.

Production

  • Early Morning Execution: Crew arrived on-site at 6:00 AM and wrapped filming by 9:00 AM to avoid disrupting the school day.

  • Interview Capture: Filmed Dr. Jake Allen in a natural, professional setting to deliver an authentic and credible testimonial.

  • B-Roll & Movement Shots: Used smooth, intentional camera movement to emphasize the scale and quality of the new facilities. Captured dynamic footage of Mooresville High School’s upgraded spaces, including:

    • Pioneer Pavilion

    • Wrestling room

    • Classroom environments

  • Editing & Storytelling: Crafted a narrative that seamlessly blended Dr. Allen’s testimonial with visuals of the new spaces.

  • Color Grading: Applied clean, natural tones to maintain authenticity while enhancing visual clarity.

  • Audio Engineering: Ensured clear, professional audio to support the credibility of the interview.

  • Motion Graphics: Incorporated subtle graphics to reinforce key messaging and branding.
