Create a cohesive set of print and digital brochures for Sunco Construction to clearly communicate and equip their team with flexible, easy-to-use sales tools.

This system allows Sunco to present their services with clarity and confidence, reinforcing their professionalism and making it easier for prospective clients to understand their value.

Sunco Construction now has a complete brochure system that supports their sales process from first impression to follow-up. The tri-fold brochures provide a polished, tangible leave-behind, while the digital versions extend that experience into meetings and ongoing communication.

Overview

We partnered with Sunco Construction to develop a unified brochure system that supports both in-person and digital sales conversations. By combining strong copywriting with intentional design, we created three distinct tri-fold brochures that clearly communicate Sunco’s services and value. Each piece was designed to stand on its own while maintaining consistency across the full set. We then extended these materials into digital formats, allowing Sunco to use them seamlessly in meetings and follow-ups. The final system gives their team a polished, scalable way to present their services and stay top-of-mind with prospective clients.

Process & Workflow

Strategy & Content Development

  • Worked with the Sunco team to define messaging across three key service areas:

    • Residential

    • Commercial

    • Educational

  • Developed clear, concise copy that:

    • Communicates Sunco’s capabilities and experience

    • Reinforces their brand positioning

    • Supports sales conversations without overwhelming the reader

  • Structured content to be scannable, direct, and benefit-focused.

Design & Print Development

  • Designed three unique tri-fold brochures, each tailored to a specific service area.

  • Maintained a consistent visual system across all pieces while allowing each to feel distinct.

  • Focused on:

    • Clean layouts

    • Strong hierarchy

    • Strategic use of imagery and whitespace

  • Built the files directly in Canva, allowing the Sunco team to:

    • Easily reorder prints

    • Make minor updates as needed

    • Maintain independence without sacrificing quality

Digital Adaptation

  • Translated each brochure into a digital version optimized for:

    • Client presentations

    • Email follow-ups

  • Designed the digital pieces to work alongside the printed versions, creating a seamless experience across formats.

  • Ensured consistency in messaging and visuals while adapting layouts for screen-based viewing.
