OUTCOME
Bee Our Guest captures the energy, passion, and welcoming nature of the White Lick Beekeepers Association in a way that feels genuine and approachable.
The video highlights the diversity of the community while making beekeeping feel accessible to newcomers. As a result, the organization now has a versatile promotional asset that can be used to attract new members, promote future events, and strengthen their presence in the community.
Overview
We partnered with the White Lick Beekeepers Association to create a high-energy, authentic promotional video that reflects the spirit of their community. Through strategic interview planning and real-time event coverage, we captured a wide range of voices—from board members to first-time visitors—to tell a well-rounded story. Our dual-crew approach allowed us to document both meaningful conversations and the natural flow of the event without missing key moments.
Despite filming in challenging high-noon conditions, we leaned into the environment to preserve the raw, outdoor authenticity of the experience. The final video serves as a long-term promotional asset that the organization can use to grow awareness, increase attendance, and support future events.
