Process & Workflow

We partnered with Sunco Construction to create a testimonial that positioned them as a strategic partner in transforming traditional banking environments into modern, customer-focused spaces. Through intentional interview strategy and visual storytelling, we showcased how Sunco helped Citizens Bank evolve their physical locations while maintaining a cohesive brand across multiple branches.

The project required careful coordination to film within active banking environments, capturing both the functional and experiential improvements without disrupting operations.

By combining Mark’s insights with architectural footage across multiple locations, we delivered a compelling narrative that highlights Sunco’s attention to detail, design expertise, and adaptability. The final video reinforces Sunco’s ability to create spaces that are both consistent and uniquely tailored.

Strategy & Pre-Production

  • Interview Capture: Filmed Mark Lemieux in a controlled environment outside of operating hours to avoid disrupting customers and maintain a clean, professional setting.

    • Focused on a conversational, confident tone to reflect leadership perspective and credibility.

  • Multi-Location B-Roll & Facility Coverage: Used smooth, cinematic movement to showcase the flow, scale, and intentional design of each space. Captured both wide architectural shots and detailed elements to demonstrate craftsmanship and user experience.

    • Coordinated three additional production days to capture architectural footage across three central Indiana Citizens Bank locations.

    • Highlighted key features, including:

      • Sound-dampening ceiling tiles

      • Privacy screens

      • Open layouts with tall ceilings and large windows

Post-Production

  • Editing & Narrative: Structured the video around Mark’s testimonial, using his perspective to guide the story of transformation and modernization.

  • Color Grading: Applied clean, balanced tones to enhance the professional and contemporary feel of the spaces.

  • Audio Engineering: Ensured clarity and consistency to support a polished, executive-level presentation.
